This is something that many of you have been requesting from us for soo long and we are so sorry that it took us a while to do this but we are now finally offering Small Packet shipping also without Insurance or Tracking. For those who are not familiar with it, let me explain. Basically now the SAL Small Packet & Airmail Small Packet Shipments have no more Tracking and Insurance, making them a lot cheaper for those who do not need to track their order. If you still like to have Insurance and Tracking for your parcel, you can now add this separately at your own convenience.
In total the price with added Insurance and Tracking is the exact same as before, so you are not paying anything more than you used to. But we now give you the option to save some Big Money for orders where you feel that Insurance and Tracking is perhaps not needed. However please bear in mind that in this case we can not have any liability for any lost or damaged packages unfortunately.
So during checkout you will now be presented with those new options. There are not a must but a great addition to our huge selection of shipping methods, helping you to tailor your shopping experience at otonaJP to your personal needs and budget.
